Satellite imagery has confirmed physical damage to the 75th Arsenal in Serpukhov, Moscow Oblast. The strike occurred on October 22. The GEOINT project CyberBoroshno identified that workshops Nos. 24 and 25, along with a nearby storage facility, sustained hits. These structures are central to the plant's production capabilities.
The facility operates under the Russian state corporation Rostec. It specializes in the repair of Buk-M1/M2 and S-300V air defense systems. CyberBoroshno stated that the damaged buildings contain lines for dismantling, diagnosing, and overhauling air defense components. The scope includes S-300V, Buk, and Tunguska-M units, as well as radar reconnaissance systems.
Following component repairs, these specific workshops serve as assembly points. Units are assembled there, and radio-electronic equipment is integrated. Ground radio interrogators and radar stations are also configured on these lines. Experts suggest that damage to facilities where equipment is returned to service could slow the repair of Russian air defense systems. This delay may affect the delivery of operational units to troops.
The timeline of the event began on October 22 with the initial strike. OSINT analysts from Falcon Insight Map had previously identified the probable targets. At that time, assessments assumed only workshops Nos. 24 and 25 were hit. The Exilenova+ Telegram channel later posted a comparison of satellite imagery. This visual data confirms the extent of the damage to the buildings.
The 75th Arsenal continues to function as a key repair hub. The confirmed damage to production buildings adds to the evidence of impact on Russian air defense infrastructure. The satellite data provides a concrete record of the strike's effects on the facility's operational capacity.
