Moicano Headlines Saturday UFC Card Against Nolan as Late-Year Schedule Features Gane, Harrison and Oliveira

Renato Moicano is chasing a bigger payday, and this Saturday he gets another main event stage. He headlines his fifth UFC event against Tom Nolan, capping a career spent mostly under the brightest lights in mixed martial arts.

Moicano, nicknamed "Money," called for a high-profile fight after he clubbed and submitted teammate Chris Duncan in April. His loud personality has made him popular with the UFC in recent years, and he said he wanted the kind of name opponent that attention demands. He appeared to get one when he was booked against Brian Ortega at UFC 332, but an injury to Ortega sent Moicano looking for another opponent.

The replacement is a stiff challenge. Nolan earned long-overdue respect by upsetting Fares Ziam, a win that moved him into the lightweight Top 15. A victory over a veteran such as Moicano would give Nolan the commercial recognition to go with his critical praise.

Fans in the United States can watch through Paramount+, which includes every UFC numbered event and UFC Fight Night in its subscription at no additional fee. Plans start at $8.99 per month or $89.99 per year.

The schedule then moves to November, when the UFC returns to Madison Square Garden with two major title fights. Newly crowned heavyweight champion Ciryl Gane will defend his belt against rising contender Josh Hokit in the main event.

The co-main event pairs women's bantamweight champion Kayla Harrison with Amanda Nunes, who is described as the women's GOAT. The long-awaited matchup was first set for January, but an injury to Harrison pushed it back.

The year closes with BMF champion Charles Oliveira, known as "Do Bronx," defending the ceremonial title against an unexpected opponent. Diego Lopes, a two-time featherweight title challenger, makes his lightweight debut against a fighter regarded as one of the best the division has seen.

The matchup promises a dynamic contest in both striking and grappling, wherever the fight ends up. The full 2026 UFC event schedule is available on the original listing, which will be updated as more events are announced.
